Purchased two replacement mouthpieces. Only had the vaper for 6 months (purchased) elsewhere when the plastic around the stainless steel broke. Given how often it has to be taken off I’m wondering if this is a design flaw? Whilst still under warranty I need to send the whole vaporiser back in super clean condition which is inconvenient as I’m on a clinical trial & can't be without it for weeks. Easy & discrete purchase here, highly recommend this retailer.
